Job Description

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

The Senior Program Manager – Learning Strategist will be a key member of the Global Business Organization (GBO) Programs Team. The team partners with the Managing Director for LinkedIn’s APAC business and will be partnering closely with other senior leaders in the APAC region. This position reports to the Director, GBO Programs Team, APAC. Some travel may be required (approximately 1-2 trips per quarter).

This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a new pilot program for LinkedIn’s Learning customers on the Learning Enterprise Program. The primary focus for the role will be to lead, run and execute user-level campaigns and activation events to drive early and successful adoption of our Enterprise Program and serve as a partner and advisor for our customer’s learning and development (L&D) teams. The secondary focus will be to ensure the successful implementation of other regional strategic projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Establish strong relationships with the customer’s L&D teams and other business departments (ex. Finance, Procurement) to align on customer’s business objectives and establish learning needs
  • Codify the customer’s learning needs in partnership with internal teams (sales, customer success, marketing, insights) and drive early adoption of the Learning Enterprise program and deliver value on organization’s learning objectives
  • Deliver customer value through insights, building clear success and implementation plans, change management initiatives by helping articulate how LinkedIn Learning enhances the customer’s operating model and business outcomes
  • Drive development and execution of other regional strategic and operational initiatives in partnership with stakeholders from multiple functions across the APAC region and globally
  • Ensure initiatives are properly scoped and resourced, and working team members are engaged and informed of key responsibilities
  • Drive accountability with the working team on progress, managing risks/opportunities and surfacing mitigating recommendations


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of industry experience in the technology/internet space or management consulting
  • 5+ years of experience in any of the following: Learning & Development, Customer Success, Account Management/Sales, Consulting, Product Training and Enablement, Program Management, Project Management, or Change Management


Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and without much supervision
  • Persuasive communication skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience analyzing data, trends, and client information to identify product or growth opportunities in service of customer value
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations - proven track record of working effectively across all levels and functions of an organization
  • Experience working in a complex, high-growth, performance-focused environments
  • Experience in managing diverse direct/indirect teams to achieve common goals
  • Experience working with or in sales teams and customer success teams in SaaS businesses
  • Experience in working with senior stakeholders (Director+) and influencing without authority
  • Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous workstreams
  • Experience with change management a plus
  • BA or BS degree. MBA or advanced degree, PMP certification a plus
