Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Source‑to‑Contract (S2C) Enablement to play a pivotal role in advancing the effectiveness, efficiency and experience of our Americas S2C organization. This position will be located in Tampa, FL or New Brunswick, NJ or Bogota, Columbia.

This is a high‑impact role for a leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, someone who can translate ambition into results, influence senior stakeholders and lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives across people, process, and technology.
The role sits within Global Procurement Service Delivery and partners closely with Category, Finance, Legal, Technology, and other functional and business partners to deliver measurable improvements in key functional metrics to include operational efficiency, savings, cash flow and stakeholder experience across North America and LATAM.
What You Will Do
Drive Enterprise‑Level S2C Transformation
Lead the identification, prioritization, and execution of strategic S2C optimization initiatives across the Americas, with a focus on measurable performance improvement.
Translate enterprise priorities into clear roadmaps, executable workplans, and tangible outcomes, balancing speed, rigor, and sustainability.
Serve as a key regional leader representative on major S2C programs, ensuring overall alignment with the needs and priorities of the Americas region.
Lead Through Influence, Not Authority
Partner across teams and functions to drive alignment and execution in a matrixed, global environment.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping decisions through data‑driven insights, structured problem solving, and clear executive communication.
Build strong working relationships across regions and functions, enabling progress even where ownership is shared or indirect.
Embed Data, Insights, and Continuous Improvement
Own and advance S2C performance analytics, providing actionable insights on throughput, operational efficiency and stakeholder experience.
Lead targeted assigned initiatives to improve translating analysis into execution.
Develop, refine, and maintain playbooks, DTPs, and standard operating documentation to enable consistent execution at scale.
Enable Adoption and Change
Design and facilitate workshops, working sessions, and forums that drive clarity, adoption, and sustained change.
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs, escalating with context and recommendations—not just issues.
Communicate progress, outcomes, and lessons learned with transparency and executive‑level clarity across the Global Procurement Service Delivery, One Procurement community as well as cross functional and business partners.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Science, Technology, or a related discipline
7+ years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, contracting, operations, consulting, or transformation roles
Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or highly regulated industry experience
Deep, hands‑on knowledge of Sourcing and/or Contracting (S2C) processes
Proven experience working across geographies and business sectors
Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functionally, including Finance, Legal, and Technology
Strong executive‑level stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience developing and maintaining playbooks, DTPs, and standardized process documentation
Preferred Qualifications
Prior people management experience
Six Sigma, Lean, and/or formal Project Management certification
Experience leading enterprise‑scale transformation or optimization programs
Strong analytics mindset with the ability to turn data into decisions and action
