This is a high‑impact role for a leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, someone who can translate ambition into results, influence senior stakeholders and lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives across people, process, and technology.

The role sits within Global Procurement Service Delivery and partners closely with Category, Finance, Legal, Technology, and other functional and business partners to deliver measurable improvements in key functional metrics to include operational efficiency, savings, cash flow and stakeholder experience across North America and LATAM.

What You Will Do

Drive Enterprise‑Level S2C Transformation

  • Lead the identification, prioritization, and execution of strategic S2C optimization initiatives across the Americas, with a focus on measurable performance improvement.

  • Translate enterprise priorities into clear roadmaps, executable workplans, and tangible outcomes, balancing speed, rigor, and sustainability.

  • Serve as a key regional leader representative on major S2C programs, ensuring overall alignment with the needs and priorities of the Americas region.

Lead Through Influence, Not Authority

  • Partner across teams and functions to drive alignment and execution in a matrixed, global environment.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping decisions through data‑driven insights, structured problem solving, and clear executive communication.

  • Build strong working relationships across regions and functions, enabling progress even where ownership is shared or indirect.

Embed Data, Insights, and Continuous Improvement

  • Own and advance S2C performance analytics, providing actionable insights on throughput, operational efficiency and stakeholder experience.

  • Lead targeted assigned initiatives to improve translating analysis into execution.

  • Develop, refine, and maintain playbooks, DTPs, and standard operating documentation to enable consistent execution at scale.

Enable Adoption and Change

  • Design and facilitate workshops, working sessions, and forums that drive clarity, adoption, and sustained change.

  • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and trade‑offs, escalating with context and recommendations—not just issues.

  • Communicate progress, outcomes, and lessons learned with transparency and executive‑level clarity across the Global Procurement Service Delivery, One Procurement community as well as cross functional and business partners.

Who You Are

This role is intentionally designed for a strong, enterprise‑minded leader who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

You are:

  • A self‑directed problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and brings structure to complex environments.

  • Comfortable leading without authority, influencing across senior stakeholders, cultures, and geographies.

  • Equally credible in executive discussions and detailed working sessions.

  • Motivated by impact, outcomes, and building scalable solutions—not just managing tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Science, Technology, or a related discipline

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, contracting, operations, consulting, or transformation roles

  • Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or highly regulated industry experience

  • Deep, hands‑on knowledge of Sourcing and/or Contracting (S2C) processes

  • Proven experience working across geographies and business sectors

  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functionally, including Finance, Legal, and Technology

  • Strong executive‑level stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience developing and maintaining playbooks, DTPs, and standardized process documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior people management experience

  • Six Sigma, Lean, and/or formal Project Management certification

  • Experience leading enterprise‑scale transformation or optimization programs
