Learning Delivery Analyst Cross-Functional LO LP
Overview:
The Learning Delivery team runs the end-to-end execution of learning programs, ensuring detailed logistics, high-quality delivery, and efficient vendor performance. In this hybrid role, you’ll coordinate virtual learning operations, operate the learning delivery system, and collaborate across functions and vendors to create innovative, personalized learning experiences. By maximizing data and technology, you’ll drive continuous improvement, simplify processes, and enhance the learner experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support virtual sessions (Zoom, Teams), including breakout rooms, polls, slides, and participant assistance.
Partner with facilitators and team members to anticipate delivery needs and ensure a high-quality participant experience.
Handle operations in the Learning Management System (LMS) for assigned programs.
Build and maintain global operational guides and checklists for consistent program execution.
Support the execution of the Global Learn Ambassador Program by coordinating onsite learning production activities, collaborating with cross‑functional partners (including site Facilities points of contact), and ensuring proactive communication with the Global Learning Production team to deliver exceptional onsite learning experiences.
Monitor vendor SLAs and performance metrics; partner with Global Services HR Reporting team for compliance.
Collect and analyze participant feedback, course evaluations, and operational data to drive improvements.
Build dashboards and reports for leadership and operational reviews.
Leverage AI and innovative tools to streamline processes and optimize performance for the future of work.
Build positive relationships with internal teams, learners and vendors
Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure alignment and trusted partnerships.
Participate in team and organization-wide activities to develop skills and personal development.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience:
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in event management, learning or HR operations is required.
Junior to mid-level experience in program delivery, event production, or virtual/onsite learning support
Experience in virtual program delivery, vendor coordination, and operational process management.
Comfortable operating Zoom and Teams at an administrative level.
Strong interpersonal skills, proactive problem-solving, and ability to multitask.
Required Skills:
Proven understanding of virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams).
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills with a customer focused approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with discretion and professionalism.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands.
Preferred:
2 years of related experience in Learning & Development or Event Planning.
Familiarity with reporting tools, data analysis, and continuous improvement practices.
Understanding of HR standards and global operations.
Others:
Advance English is needed
5% travel percentage
Scrum or Agile methodologies is preferred
