Learning Delivery Analyst, Learning Resource Management
The Learning Delivery team manages the end-to-end execution of learning programs, ensuring seamless logistics, high-quality delivery, and optimal vendor performance. Focuses on simplifying processes, reducing complexities, and fostering collaboration across functions and vendors. Utilizes data to generate key insights for continuous improvement, with a strong focus on enhancing the learner's experience and supports the delivery of both standardized and personalized onsite and virtual learning experiences across the organization.
The Learning Delivery Analyst , Learning Resource Management, is responsible for overseeing vendor relationships, managing Learning contracts, and ensuring the effective administration of budgets and financial processes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance, optimizing vendor performance, and ensuring timely payments. The Junior Analyst ensures that all financial and contractual activities align with organizational policies and regulatory standards, supporting smooth and efficient learning resource management for the full GLE organization.
Major Duties/Responsibilities
Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations, performance monitoring, and contract administration.
Oversee and process invoices, chargebacks, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Administer budgets, perform financial reconciliations, and track expenditures against forecasts.
Conduct benchmarking and performance reviews to ensure vendor competitiveness and service quality.
Collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
Resolve vendor and contract-related issues promptly, maintaining positive relationships.
Oversee the approval process for expenses in EMP and credit card systems, ensuring adherence to policies.
Monitor and ensure timely execution of payments and financial transactions.
Support contract renewals, amendments, and negotiations as needed.
Maintain accurate records of vendor activities, financial transactions, and contractual documents.
Ad-hoc responsibilities as would be assigned
Participate in team- and organization-wide extracurricular activities in support of people, skills, and personal development.
Required Qualifications
Required Minimum Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.
Required Years of Related Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in vendor management, finance or procurement is required.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Uncompromised requirements for the role):
Advanced English

Experience in budget administration and financial reconciliation
Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management

Familiarity with invoice approval systems and financial reporting
