What you will do:
Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing training materials, scheduling orientation sessions, and assisting with the setup of necessary tools and resources. Ensure a smooth transition for new hires by providing them with relevant information and answering initial questions.
Assist in developing innovative ideas to enhance automation and improve efficiency across all processes related to recruitment and employee development. This includes researching new tools, suggesting workflow improvements, and helping implement solutions that streamline administrative tasks.
Collaborate closely with trainers and senior team members to analyze and improve the customer engagement model. Contribute to designing engaging training programs that foster better interaction and communication with clients, ensuring that training content aligns with customer needs and expectations.
Participate in the creation and update of training documentation, including manuals, e-learning modules, and feedback surveys. Ensure all materials are current, accessible, and tailored to different learning styles.
Support the organization of training events, workshops, and webinars by coordinating schedules, managing logistics, and assisting with the technical setup. Gather feedback from participants to help improve future sessions.
Conduct research on industry best practices in employee development and training, sharing insights with the team to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide administrative support by maintaining training records, tracking progress, and preparing reports on training activities and outcomes.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above.
Experience no needed.
Skills: learning ability, critical thinking and curiosity, innovation, communication and public speaking, planning and prioritization skills, persuasion and decision-making, analytical skills, adaptability, open minded.
Fluent English (C1 or above)
