We are searching for the best talent for a Learning Business Partner (Immunology), to support the Dermatology franchise and the launch of an innovative and novel new product, to be based in Horsham, PA.
The Learning Business Partner plays a vital role within the Dermatology Learning Excellence team, focused on fostering a culture of continuous learning and development to drive maximum business impact. This position is key in preparing the commercial organization for the launch of an innovative and novel new product, with a strong emphasis on enhancing competitiveness.
The primary responsibility is to design, develop, and implement a comprehensive, ongoing learning journey that incorporates new learning assets and measurement strategies to ensure effective transfer of knowledge. The Learning Business Partner will lead transformational innovation projects aimed at building the most competitive field force in Dermatology.
In addition, this individual will support the Director of Learning Excellence in launch preparations for an innovative and novel new product and serve as a mentor to other Learning & Development team members. They will continuously coach team members on adult learning principles, facilitation skills, and innovative learning solutions, while fostering an environment that promotes both short-term achievements and long-term career growth.
Maintaining expert knowledge in technical areas, including clinical and product knowledge, sales expertise, and the healthcare environment is essential to this role.
Responsibilities Include:
Content Development and Facilitation:
- Employs innovative methods in curriculum development by assessing the unique needs of each learner cohort and designing tailored development plans.
- Designs a comprehensive certification process to ensure field readiness and verifies knowledge retention among participants.
- Leads the creation of an AI sales simulation interface, enabling learners to practice engaging with customers through role-play scenarios.
- Demonstrates a passion for continuous learning by applying adult learning principles and facilitation skills to effectively meet learners' needs.
- Develops engaging learning content for various meetings, including New Hire onboarding, POA meetings, and Manager meetings, to support strategic initiatives and enhance competencies.
- Ensures all content delivery complies with HCC and Company guidelines and standards.
Project Management & Collaboration:
- Manages competing priorities and adapts to shifting project timelines, while maintaining urgency, and compliance requirements efficiently.
- Develops and executes both short- and long-term project plans, ensuring the achievement of objectives, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Applies knowledge of business objectives, strategies, and operational procedures to effectively align efforts with organizational and learning goals.
- Collaborates with vendors to oversee the development of new learning content, ensuring each learning journey includes a measurement plan to evaluate impact.
Clinical & Marketplace Expertise:
- Keeps current on product knowledge, marketplace conditions, and stakeholder needs to ensure the most effective delivery of learning.
- Understands and adapts to the evolving healthcare ecosystem, adjusting learning solutions to remain relevant and impactful.
- Develops clinical fluency to enable learners to engage stakeholders in meaningful, results-oriented conversations.
- Demonstrates selling skills to identify and address customer needs and provide appropriate, tailored solutions.
- Supports developmental progress throughout a New Hire’s first year to foster sustained performance and increased results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree a plus
- A minimum of 5 years of industry and sales experience is required
- Prior learning and development experience is required
- Prior experience in Immunology is preferred
- Proven track record of working in a cross-functional environment
- Excellent written and oral communications skills is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- The ability to travel, which will include overnight travel, up to 20% of the time, is required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$120,000 - $207,000Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
