Job Description
Primary Function of Position:
The CPQ & Pricing Enablement Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient pricing and quoting operations across European markets. The role supports Intuitive’s commercial organization by maintaining the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tool, strengthening pricing governance, and enhancing transparency and collaboration across functions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily CPQ operations (e.g., Salesforce CPQ) to support accurate product configuration, pricing, and quoting.
- Maintain and govern pricing master data across CPQ, ERP, and CRM platforms.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Commercial Operations, IT, and Master Data teams to coordinate product, customer, and pricing updates.
- Support the design and implementation of scalable digital pricing frameworks, including approval flows and automation logic.
- Monitor pricing compliance, analyse data trends, and provide recommendations for optimisation.
- Lead process improvements focused on harmonization, automation, and simplification of pricing and quoting workflows.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for sales and cross-functional teams on CPQ usage.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Contracts, Customer Success, and Customer Service teams to ensure CPQ processes align with business requirements and system capabilities.
Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pricing, Sales Operations, or Commercial Excellence.
- Strong understanding of hospital and healthcare procurement processes, including value-based purchasing.
- Proven experience in digital pricing enablement and governance frameworks.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce (SFDC), ERP (e.g., SAP), and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration in international environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of other European languages is a strong advantage
- Structured and detail-oriented approach to identify issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Ability to adapt quickly and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong autonomy and self-sufficiency in daily tasks with minimal supervision, maintaining a focus on compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
