Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and learner-focused Learning Program Manager to serve as the delivery manager for all Learning & Development initiatives supporting our Concierge organization. This role will ensure seamless execution of onboarding, upskilling, and ongoing development programs that enable Concierge teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
As the primary point of contact for Concierge learning needs, you will manage the end-to-end oversight of learning programs—from intake and planning through delivery, logistics, measurement, and continuous improvement. You will partner closely with business leaders, instructional designers, facilitators, operations, and product teams to ensure learning solutions are relevant, timely, and aligned to evolving business priorities.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the delivery manager and primary L&D point of contact for the Concierge organization, ensuring alignment between business priorities and learning execution.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify learning needs, timelines, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with instructional design and content teams to ensure learning materials are accurate, up to date, and aligned with Concierge workflows.
- Oversee program launches and ensure smooth execution across virtual, in-person, and hybrid learning experiences.
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data; share insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve learner experience, streamline processes, and enhance scalability of learning delivery.
- Support onboarding programs for new Concierge team members, ensuring timely access to tools, resources, and learning pathways.
- Maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with Operations, Product, and Field leaders to ensure learning supports customer experience quality and business performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by gathering learner feedback and implementing enhancements to content, delivery, and communication.

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Program Management, Sales Enablement, Training Operations, or a related field.
- Experience supporting customer-facing, service, sales, or operations teams preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple learning programs or projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience coordinating with instructional designers, facilitators, or content development teams to execute learning initiatives.
- Familiarity with LMS and/or LXP platforms; comfortable managing enrollments, tracking completion, and pulling basic reporting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, including timeline development, stakeholder updates, and risk mitigation.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear learning program plans and milestones.
- Experience using data to evaluate training effectiveness (e.g., completion rates, survey feedback, knowledge checks, speed to proficiency, performance indicators).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, operations, and learning teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
