With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.
Job Overview
Intuit is on a mission to power prosperity around the world. Intuit Academy plays a critical role in building and scaling the expert talent ecosystem that supports TurboTax, QuickBooks, and the broader Intuit platform.
We are hiring a Senior Learning Architecture & Operations Lead to own the instructional architecture, credentialing integrity, and learning systems operations that power Intuit Academy’s learning ecosystem. This role translates business-defined readiness standards into scalable learning pathways, operationalizes them across our LMS and assessment platforms, and ensures our programs drive measurable proficiency, progression, and workforce impact.
You will set architectural standards, establish operational governance, and influence cross-functional partners to enable high-quality learning delivery at scale.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will personally drive operational execution across learning, platform, compliance, and communications. You will partner closely with Instructional Designers, SMEs, Product, Engineering, Data, and Service Delivery teams as well as external partners and vendors to deliver durable, defensible, and deployment-aligned learning systems.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do

- Translate readiness standards into structured, role-based learning pathways (e.g., Foundations → Intermediate → Advanced)
- Design certification and assessment frameworks aligned to real deployment decisions
- Establish and uphold instructional design quality standards across programs
- Ensure alignment between learning progression, credentialing, and workforce readiness signals
Lead LMS & Learning Systems Operations
- Own governance, configuration strategy, data integrity, and operational reliability of the LMS (e.g., Docebo) and assessment platforms (e.g., in-house tools, Glider)
- Translate instructional intent into scalable platform logic (sequencing, gating, role visibility, readiness signals)
- Establish processes for release management, access governance, version control, and compliance tracking
- Partner with Engineering to manage integrations, automation, and system enhancements
- Ensure auditability and defensibility of certifications and credentialing workflows
- Improve discoverability, learner navigation, and reporting accuracy across systems
Drive Proficiency Outcomes
- Design assessment strategies that measure applied readiness—not just knowledge recall
- Embed structured practice and feedback mechanisms to increase proficiency and exam success
- Operationalize advanced Tax and Bookkeeping pathways to support workforce progression
- Partner with Service Delivery to ensure readiness signals directly inform deployment decisions
Influence Instructional Quality & Execution
- Partner with Instructional Designers and SMEs to deliver learning experiences that align to architectural and assessment standards
- Provide expert guidance on adult learning science, credentialing rigor, and evaluation strategy
- Drive disciplined prioritization and cross-functional alignment across initiatives

Use Data to Improve Learning Performance
- Define and track metrics across the learner journey (engagement, completion, proficiency, downstream performance impact)
- Analyze learning and platform data to identify gaps and prioritize system improvements
- Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Analyze funnel metrics across enrollment, progression, practice uptake, exam attempts, pass rates, and certification
- Partner with Analytics to inform dashboards connecting learning to workforce outcomes
- Present insights and tradeoffs clearly to executive stakeholders
Own Tactical Program Operations & Cross-Functional Execution
- Manage vendor relationships and statements of work for instructional design, accreditation, and platform support
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Procurement to support contracts, compliance, CPE accreditation, and budget tracking
- Administer learner communications infrastructure (e.g., Eloqua, LMS messaging) including segmentation, lifecycle emails, and campaign logic (as needed)
- Develop learner-facing content and communications when needed to support launches, certification updates, and hiring alignment
- Document processes, standards, and operating procedures clearly for internal stakeholders and executive audiences
- Translate business requirements into detailed briefs for engineering and design teams
- Support backlog grooming and cross-team prioritization
- Track operational metrics and surface risks early to protect delivery timelines
