You will own the end-to-end strategy, delivery, and evolution of learning programs that enable current and future Intuit Experts to build deep domain expertise in tax, bookkeeping, and Intuit products.

This role sits at the intersection of learning strategy, product thinking, data, and execution. You will partner closely with engineering, data, product, marketing, and learning teams to deliver learning experiences and platforms that measurably improve expert readiness, performance, and business outcomes.

  • Partner with curriculum developers and learning designers to ensure content is engaging, accessible, and outcomes-driven.

3. Drive Data-Informed Decisions

  • Analyze learning and engagement data to assess effectiveness, identify gaps, and inform prioritization.
  • Define and track metrics across the learner journey (e.g., enrollment, completion, proficiency, downstream performance impact).
  • Communicate insights clearly through dashboards, visuals, and narratives tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.

4. Partner and Influence Across the Organization

  • Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders across product, engineering, data, marketing, and operations.
  • Align learning initiatives with Intuit’s business strategy, Big Bets, and Intuit Academy priorities.
  • Influence without authority by clearly articulating value, tradeoffs, and impact.

5. Lead Program Operations and Execution

  • Establish scalable processes for content management, program operations, and launch readiness.
  • Maintain operational rigor through project plans, task tracking, checklists, and documentation.
  • Proactively surface risks, resolve blockers, and escalate when needed to protect delivery commitments.

6. Own Learner Communication and Engagement

  • Develop and execute communication strategies for program launches, updates, and ongoing learner engagement.
  • Design, manage, and optimize learner email campaigns (e.g., Eloqua or similar platforms), including segmentation and automation at scale.
  • Monitor engagement and behavioral data to continuously improve relevance and effectiveness of communications.

7. Leverage Learning Technology

  • Partner with internal teams to effectively use and evolve Intuit’s learning technology stack (e.g., Degreed, Docebo, Credly).
  • Work directly with engineering and data teams to define requirements, prioritize platform enhancements, and deliver system-level improvements across the learning ecosystem.
  • Identify opportunities to apply emerging technologies (e.g., AI-enabled learning, adaptive practice) where they add clear learner or business value.
  • Ensure data integrity, system accuracy, and a high-quality learner experience across platforms.

8. Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Gather and synthesize learner and stakeholder feedback to improve programs, platforms, and operations.
  • Develop and maintain clear SOPs and best practices to support scale and consistency.
  • Continuously refine learning experiences based on data, feedback, and evolving business needs.
