Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibility is to lead and direct the Sales Enablement activities within the

Canada and LATAM region, ensuring our efforts align with and support Intuit's global sales

priorities.


Strategic Leadership & Project Management

  • Oversee and direct strategic projects that enhance sales performance across the Canada / LATAM regions.
  • Guide the team in conducting performance analysis to identify root causes of sales challenges, providing actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Review data-driven business reviews prepared by the team, presenting key insights to sales leaders and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide direction for the development and delivery of training on sales methodologies, product capabilities, and processes, with a strong focus on mid-market and enterprise strategies.
  • Lead the team in analyzing sales performance data to uncover trends and determine development needs.

Facilitation and Training

  • Champion and model Intuit's Sales Methodologies, ensuring the team is leading customized content sessions and workshops effectively.
  • Supervise the design, development, and facilitation of engaging learning content, including webinars and workshops, that align with business unit requirements.
  • Coach and mentor your team in best practices for content delivery and facilitation.

New Hire Onboarding

  • Direct the onboarding process for new sales staff in assigned geographies, ensuring a blended learning approach.
  • Liaise with HR and business managers to certify new talent as sales-ready within the 90-day onboarding period.
  • Establish and monitor new hire speed-to-competency metrics.
  • Provide guidance and support to your team as they conduct 1-to-1 assessments and make recommendations to address skill gaps.

Coaching and Development

  • Lead and champion the "Coach the Coach" program, focused on enhancing manager
  • effectiveness in coaching and embedding our sales playbook.
  • Provide strategic oversight for side-by-side and remote observations of sales interactions to identify coaching opportunities.
  • Lead the team in providing effective coaching to consultants and managers on product offerings, sales methodologies, and process requirements.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of sales or sales enablement experience, ideally with a focus on diverse client types.
  • Proven experience in training and developing content to equip sales teams, particularly for mid-market and enterprise sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to complex dynamics and change.
  • Proficiency with relevant Sales Enablement and Sales Productivity software and tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
