Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager (M3) to design, implement, and lead learning programs that enable our product support, domain support, and expert service professionals to thrive. This role will play a critical part in equipping Intuit’s customer-facing teams with the skills and knowledge to deliver world-class support, drive consultative sales, and fuel growth across physical locations and expert-led engagements.
As a leader in our Learning and Development organization, you will partner closely with business leaders, support operations, and field teams to create scalable learning solutions that strengthen customer experiences and accelerate employee success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of learning programs for product support, domain support, and emerging roles in physical expert locations.
- Develop and implement learning initiatives that blend service excellence with sales enablement to drive customer growth and satisfaction.
- Partner with stakeholders in operations, product, and business units to align training with evolving business priorities.
- Design curricula that support consultative sales, service-led sales, and customer engagement best practices.
- Assess effectiveness of learning programs using measurable outcomes and continuously optimize for impact.
- Provide coaching and leadership to learning teams supporting frontline experts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (8+ years) in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, or related leadership roles within large organizations.
- Strong background in sales, retail, consultative sales, and/or service-led sales
- environments.
- Demonstrated ability to design and scale training programs for support and service
- professionals.
- Experience leading learning strategies in complex, customer-facing organizations.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable training initiatives that drive both
- service quality and revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Learning & Development, or
- Organizational Psychology preferred.

Bay Area California $194,000 - 262,500
Southern California $183,000 - 247,500
New York $189,500 - 256,000
