Description & Requirements

The Product & Technology Employee Enablement Manager drives the development and execution of a scalable technical learning strategy that directly supports engineering and product priorities within a global SaaS and cloud environment. Owns the identification of readiness gaps across technical teams, ensuring preparedness and skill building for rapid technology shifts, especially in AI and cloud. Collaborates closely with product, technology, and enablement stakeholders to deliver impactful, just-in-time upskilling solutions. Serves as a trusted partner to senior leaders, translating complex technical needs into modern, accessible and measurable learning experiences that accelerate business outcomes and customer value.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

  • Partnering with product and technology teams to co-create and define learning strategy, and learning paths, aligned with evolving engineering and product roadmaps and innovations.
  • Facilitating deep technical learning experiences and enablement to ensure engineers, Solution Architects and product managers understand product architecture, platform capabilities, cross-product integrations, roadmap priorities tailored to both the employee and business needs.
  • Assessing and mapping capability needs and designing targeted technical upskilling.
  • Measuring qualitative and quantitative data to understand learner needs and program effectiveness.
  • Translating technical requirements into bite-sized, micro-learning modules for rapid, real-time adoption.
  • Engaging with senior leaders to build trust and drive adoption of technical learning initiatives.
  • Testing and iterating learning content on new tools, products, and development practices.
  • Monitoring technology trends, especially AI, to proactively update learning offerings and support accelerated business growth.
  • Continuously refining programs to improve learner experience, knowledge retention, and practical application.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated technical expertise in engineering, product, or technology domains.
  • Experience designing and delivering learning solutions for technical workforces at scale.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, actionable learning content.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, and AI-driven environments.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Global experience supporting technical teams across multiple regions.
  • Background in solution architecture or product management with exposure to modern learning practices.
  • Ability to deliver just-in-time, learn-and-apply upskilling solutions.
  • Experience partnering with customer, revenue, and partner enablement teams.
  • Advanced understanding of cloud technologies and AI-driven product development.
  • Track record of building trust and credibility with technical leadership.

Work arrangement: Hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in the office.
