The Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst at Infor is responsible for supporting the field sales, go-to-market, and ecosystem organizations through business analytics and reporting. This role acts as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable reporting and analytics, and driving insights that support organizational growth and operational effectiveness.
A Day in the Life Typically Includes
- Serving as the business analyst for reporting, supporting field sales, go-to-market, and ecosystem teams.
- Gathering requirements from internal stakeholders and translating them into reporting solutions.
- Collaborating with IT to develop new reports and maintain the reporting portfolio.
- Conducting first-line analytics on reporting packages, such as QBR decks for executive leadership.
- Proactively identifying business problems, performing root cause analysis, and presenting recommendations.
- Managing relationships with internal customers and acting as their main reporting partner.
- Adapting to shifting business priorities in a highly agile environment.
- Utilizing Salesforce (CRM), Domo, CRMA, and Snowflake (or similar) for data analysis and reporting.
Basic Qualifications
- Prior experience in a dedicated reporting or business analyst role supporting sales or go-to-market organizations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce as a CRM platform.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify relevant data, perform analysis, and present actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Domo or CRMA.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of reports, including handling new requests, break/fix, and enhancements.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Snowflake or similar data lake technologies.
- Experience with Tableau as a reporting/visualization tool.
- Background in software sales companies or partner organizations implementing software solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities.
- Proactive and curious mindset, with a track record of identifying and solving business problems beyond basic requirements.
Location: 244 Perimeter Center Parkway, Atlanta, GA.
Work arrangement: Hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in the office.
