The Supervisor Enablement Lead will develop and champion a global supervisor enablement strategy that is grounded in Principle Based Management and closely aligned with Infor’s evolving business priorities. This role plays a critical part in Infor’s priority to learning by ensuring supervisors effectively lead teams, activate and engage talent, and drive performance. The position owns the end-to-end, global supervisor enablement portfolio and is an opportunity to build and scale supervisor development from the ground up, shaping how leaders grow and succeed across Infor. In close collaboration with HR, business leaders, and cross-capability teams, this person delivers impactful, modern learning experiences that drive measurable outcomes.
A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
- Partner with business and HR leaders to identify and prioritize supervisor development opportunities by understanding current and future needs, leveraging PBM principles to co-create strategies that maximize long-term value.
- Design, curate, and facilitate supervisor enablement experiences—including foundational learning, peer collaboration, and ongoing development—that are personalized, practical, and empower supervisors to apply PBM in real-world situations.
- Develop scalable, flexible learning solutions that recognize supervisors as individuals, enabling them to exercise judgment and apply PBM principles in diverse and evolving contexts.
- Collaborate with HR, Employee Enablement, and cross-capability partners to ensure supervisor development offerings are cohesive, integrated, and grounded in PBM principles.
- Influence and partner with stakeholders across regions, capabilities, and levels to foster a supervisor culture of principled entrepreneurship, accountability, and continual transformation.
- Use data and feedback to assess the effectiveness of supervisor enablement initiatives, applying marginal analysis and continuous improvement to maximize impact and value creation.
- Engage supervisors directly to understand their unique challenges, provide personalized coaching, and build strong feedback loops that ensure development offerings remain relevant, individualized, and effective.
- Collaborate with the broader Employee Enablement and Infor U teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and the sharing of best practices that support PBM culture.
- Embrace ambiguity and proactively innovate, developing new supervisor programs and frameworks as needed to meet changing business needs and strategies, ensuring all efforts are aligned with PBM principles and Infor’s long-term vision.
Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in leadership development, learning and development, or supervisor enablement, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and measure end-to-end learning programs.
- Collaboration, diplomacy, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner across multiple teams.
- Passion for learning and a deep understanding of the importance of supervisor effectiveness in driving business success.
- Track record of building programs from concept to execution, not just operationalizing existing solutions.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with principle-based management (PBM) or similar leadership frameworks.
- Background in HR, leadership development, or related fields, with exposure to both internal and external best practices.
- Familiarity with measuring learning impact and using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to innovate and adapt programs to meet evolving business needs.
- Prior involvement in building supervisor or leadership experiences in a greenfield or high-growth environment.
Location: 244 Perimeter Center Parkway, Atlanta, GA.
Work arrangement: Hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in the office.
