Infor is seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Learning Architect to design, develop, and implement impactful learning solutions that drive exceptional value for our internal and external customers. The Learning Architect will serve as a key partner to business leaders, employees, and customers to ensure learning experiences are tailored to their needs, fostering engagement, skill development, and business success.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Act as a customer advocate by deeply understanding the learning needs and preferences of internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Design and develop comprehensive learning architectures that directly address customer challenges and support their success.
- Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, and customers to assess learning needs, define objectives, and align solutions with real-world applications.
- Develop instructional design frameworks and learning blueprints that incorporate customer feedback, modern learning principles, and innovative technologies.
- Create scalable, user-centric learning solutions, including e-learning modules, blended programs, and instructor-led training focused on customer outcomes.
- Evaluate and recommend learning technologies and platforms that enhance learner engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Lead the implementation of learning programs, ensuring they meet quality standards and deliver measurable value to customers.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in Education, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education Sales
- Experience in learning design or architecture with a strong emphasis on customer-focused solutions.
- Ability to translate customer needs into engaging, accessible, and impactful learning experiences.
- Understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and e-learning development tools.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Project management skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical skills to leverage data and feedback for optimizing learning solutions focused on customer outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with customer journey mapping and incorporating those insights into learning design.
- Familiarity of emerging learning technologies such as AI-driven platforms, and mobile learning tailored to customer needs.
- Familiarity with competency modeling and performance support systems.
- Agile and iterative design experience with a focus on continuous customer improvement.
- Facilitation and customer engagement skills.
