Infor is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sr. Director of Revenue Enablement Strategy to lead the development and execution of the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the Revenue Enablement function, encompassing Education Delivery and Sales Enablement teams. This leadership role will be pivotal in aligning how we engage, sell, and support customers throughout their entire journey—from initial contact through adoption—driving stronger collaboration and profitable growth across all go-to-market motions.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Build and execute a cohesive GTM strategy that integrates Education Delivery and Sales Enablement to optimize customer engagement, accelerate sales cycles, and enhance adoption.
- Lead and collaborate with Revenue Enablement teams and other key stakeholders to align processes, messaging, and tools across all stages of the customer journey.
- Drive initiatives that improve customer experience from first conversation through to successful adoption and expansion, ensuring consistency and value realization.
- Oversee the design and delivery of enablement programs that empower sales teams, education consultants, and customer-facing roles to effectively engage and support customers.
- Define, track, and analyze KPIs to assess the impact of GTM enablement efforts on revenue growth, sales productivity, and customer success metrics.
- Mentor and develop leadership within Education Delivery and Sales Enablement teams to foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.
- Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies, methodologies, and market insights to continually evolve the Revenue Enablement approach.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, education delivery, or related functions, with demonstrated experience leading GTM strategy initiatives.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment.
- Presentation experience.
- Experience interpreting metrics and translating for business planning.
- Experience with sales technologies, CRM platforms, and learning management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in team building and leadership development.
- Change management and stakeholder management experience.
