The Vice President of Employee Enablement will lead the strategy, design, and execution of programs that empower Infor employees to maximize their potential, pursue meaningful career growth, and deepen engagement - all in alignment with our corporate vision and priorities.
Reporting to the Chief Learning Officer, this leader will champion the adoption of functional and professional skills, improve product and industry knowledge, advance supervisor enablement, and scale impactful programs to strengthen Infor’s culture of continuous learning, self-actualization, and principled contribution.
A Day in the life typically includes:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive employee enablement strategy that elevates workforce skills, capabilities, and engagement, focusing on maximizing each employee’s unique contribution.
- Partner with capability leaders and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps, anticipate future workforce needs, and set enablement priorities that create mutual benefit for employees and the organization.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of learning programs - including onboarding, early talent, leadership and supervisor enablement, technical enablement, and continuous learning—ensuring they are adaptable, inclusive, scalable and principle-based.
- Drive adoption of personalized, persona-based learning paths, leveraging modern, multi-modal learning formats and emerging technologies.
- Champion a culture of performance, growth, knowledge-sharing, and principled entrepreneurship across the organization.
- Measure the impact of enablement programs using clear KPIs and metrics such as employee engagement, productivity, retention, skill acquisition, and long-term value creation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a global employee enablement team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to integrate enablement initiatives into broader talent and business strategies, ensuring alignment with Infor’s values and vision.
Basic Qualifications:
- Be an experienced Senior leader in learning, enablement, or organizational development, in global organizations.
- Be experienced designing and scaling enterprise-wide enablement or learning programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Have experience of modern learning methodologies, digital platforms, and emerging technologies, including AI-driven learning solutions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams.
- Be an experienced analyst, measuring program effectiveness, ROI, and contribution to long-term business value.
- Passion for developing people, driving performance, and cultivating a culture of continuous learning and self-actualization.
