As a Sales Coach and Enablement Leader, you will be at the forefront of driving sales excellence by empowering Sellers, Sales Supervisors, and customer-facing teams across the customer journey. You will lead the deployment and adoption of global sales enablement programs, coaching methodologies, and tools working closely with Business Unit leadership and the Global Sales Enablement team.
This role is critical in fostering a high-performance culture by accelerating skill development, embedding proven sales methodologies, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration to deliver a seamless and differentiated buyer experience.
A Day In The Life Includes:
- Design and deliver dynamic coaching and enablement programs that elevate sales skills and behaviors across Sellers and Sales Supervisors.
- Act as a “coach-the-coach” leader, equipping Sales Supervisors with tools and strategies to cascade effective coaching throughout their teams.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Sales Enablement Program team to drive strong adoption and embedment of global content, tools, and methodologies within your assigned Business Unit.
- Partner with leadership across the sales ecosystem—including Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales Support—to align enablement initiatives with business priorities and the evolving customer journey.
- Leverage data and sales performance analytics to identify gaps, measure program impact, and continuously improve coaching effectiveness.
- Support onboarding, certification, and ongoing learning programs to accelerate new hire readiness and continuous skill growth.
- Drive cultural change and ensure consistent adoption of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Value Selling) and sales technology platforms.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in sales coaching, sales enablement, or sales management and complex selling roles—preferably within the software or technology sector supporting Manufacturing Verticals.
- Experience partnering with sales leaders, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience designing and deploying scalable coaching programs that drive measurable sales outcomes.
- Experience presenting and storytelling, including coaching C-suite team.
- Experience leveraging dashboards and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Experience working in a matrixed global environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Value Selling is highly desirable.
