As Senior Program Manager, Sales Enablement, you play a pivotal role in shaping sales excellence across Infor. Partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will design and deliver initiatives that develop sales capability, accelerate productivity, and embed a culture of value-selling.
This role blends strategy with execution. You bring project management expertise, structured problem-solving, and clear communication to programs that directly influence seller performance and customer outcomes. From planning through execution, you ensure initiatives are well-defined, flawlessly delivered, and continuously improved to support critical business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enablement programs aligned with sales strategy to strengthen global sales capabilities
- Apply project and change management best practices to ensure consistency, quality, and impact
- Partner with sales leaders and operations to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Drive global change management and embed continuous improvement across enablement activities
- Collaborate across Sales, GTM, L&D, HR, Operations, and Technology to drive adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working
- Oversee planning and execution of Sales Kick-Off, a high-impact event that equips and inspires teams
- Facilitate regional onboarding programs, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Reinforce adoption of value-selling and MEDDPICC methodologies across the organization
Essential Qualifications
- Strong experience in program or project management, ideally in technology or SaaS
- Proven success in sales enablement or change management
- Demonstrated ability in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Highly organized, solutions-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with sales and operations teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strength in storytelling and execution clarity
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner, Agile PM, or equivalent project management certification
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC or value-selling frameworks
