- Prioritize the Country Head’s agenda: prepare briefs, decision memos, and stakeholder communications.
- Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Legal, HR, and Ops.
4) Sales Enablement Oversight
- Lead the enablement strategy: onboarding, productivity ramp, skills development, playbooks, and content lifecycle.
- Drive pipeline hygiene, forecast discipline, and deal coaching frameworks in partnership with Sales leaders.
- Ensure tool adoption and data quality governance through the Enablement and Data teams.
5) Insights & Reporting
- Institutionalize KPI frameworks and reporting for leadership (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
- Turn data into insight: win/loss patterns, segment performance, pricing/margin analytics, churn signals, and next best actions.
- Ensure on-time, audit-ready management reports with narrative clarity and decision recommendations.
