Champion modern and AIenabled learning approaches (digital, virtual, experiential, analyticsdriven) to increase engagement, effectiveness, and scale.
Use data, insights, and field feedback to determine strategic focus, measure learning impact and continuously optimize engagement experiences.
Elevate best practices and innovation across the CL+D team and extended partner network.
Enterprise & Organizational Contribution
Provide strategic support to the Senior Director in shaping priorities, sequencing work, and enabling strong execution across the PrEP CL+D portfolio.
Mentor and enable CL+D colleagues and training partners through expertise, guidance, and shared problemsolving for action.
Represent CL+D in key governance, planning, and matrix collaboration discussions as a senior subject matter expert.
