Job Description Summary
Join our team as a Leadership Learning Leader supporting Executive Strategic Clients (ESCs) across the US and Canada (USCAN). This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving role-specific training (to include onboarding and ongoing development) and account planning strategies for ESCs who sell the full GE HealthCare portfolio. You will serve as a coach, mentor, and thought leader, driving commercial excellence through innovative learning experiences and strategic account planning.Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and upskilling programs for newly hired and tenured ESCs, focusing on sales strategies, market creation, and positioning of GE HealthCare solutions to C-Suite stakeholders.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs including workshops, virtual sessions, and thought leadership forums.
- Support account teams in developing detailed, outcome-based account plans aligned with customer priorities and GE HealthCare offerings.
- Serve as a coach and facilitator for account planning, including “coaching the coaches” to ensure alignment and execution across Account Communities.
- Develop and evolve Account Planning tools and content (e.g., Salesforce.com templates) to meet organizational needs.
- Engage the ESC Advisory Board for continuous feedback and needs assessment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Learning & Development to drive impactful learning experiences.
- Become a recognized expert in healthcare market dynamics, sales processes, and innovations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of experience in Sales Training Design and Delivery, where your expertise will shape the future of our training programs and drive excellence, preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience selling directly to C-Suite customers in medical technology, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales, demonstrating your ability to engage and influence top-level executives effectively.
- Excellent group presentation/facilitation and 1:1 coaching skills.
- Outstanding influencing skills to shape account-level growth visions and commercial strategy adoption/execution without direct reporting authority (i.e. peer leadership).
- Proven account management, project planning skills, strategy, market analysis and product commercialization competencies.
- Demonstrated ability to understand healthcare and digital market dynamics and successfully counsel commercial teams.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Desired Characteristics
- Proven experience in enterprise selling of a large product portfolio, showcasing your ability to drive significant business growth and make a lasting impact.
- Strong working knowledge of salesforce.com and Power BI
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning experience platforms (LXP)
- Ability to develop and leverage learning metrics for continuous process improvement
- Experience/expertise in instructional and curriculum design; eLearning authoring skills are highly desirable for this role
- Willingness to become a certified master trainer on content delivered within this training program.
- Exhibit a strong ability to collaborate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization and work well within a team.
- Ability to solve complex problems and translate vision to achievable results.
