The Global Registrar, Service Learning and Workforce Enablement serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing support in registration, scheduling, recordkeeping, and reporting. GE HealthCare is seeking a transformational and detail-oriented leader to serve as the Global Registrar, Service Learning and Workforce Enablement. This role is responsible for leading the global operations of service training registration, scheduling, and demand management for internal and external field service professionals. Job Description
Responsibilities
Drive the global strategy for service learning operations, aligning training delivery with workforce development goals.
Lead transformation initiatives to modernize registration systems, streamline scheduling processes, and enhance learner experience.
Collaborate cross-functionally with education, service, and technology teams to evolve GE HealthCare’s global training ecosystem.
Provide daily leadership and oversight of a centralized team managing registration, scheduling, and backlog operations.
Guide and influence an extended global network of training administrators, ensuring consistency, accountability, and operational excellence.
Monitor and manage training demand, capacity planning, and resource allocation to meet evolving business needs.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of training records, certifications, and compliance data across all platforms.
A leader in this role will possess the ability to hire new talent and teach, coach, and mentor a team and its members.
Maintain rigorous standards for data privacy, regulatory compliance, and institutional policy adherence.
Serve as the steward of training records and credentialing systems, ensuring integrity and accessibility.
Leverage data and insights to forecast training needs, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement.
Develop and report key performance indicators to measure operational effectiveness and learner outcomes.
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Training, Business Administration, Health Information Management) and 5-10 years of minimum experience.
Proven experience in leading complex, global training operations or academic portfolios at scale.
Strong background in workforce development, Learning Management Systems, and service education.
Demonstrated ability to lead transformational initiatives and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Expertise in data governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
