Partner Enablement Manager Responsibilities:
- Strategic Enablement & Commercial Propositions: Lead the development of commercial propositions and design channel acceleration investment levers that drive category growth and optimize conversion across EL channels
- Learning Agenda & Insights: Establish and manage a comprehensive learning agenda to build long-term category growth for both Meta first party and second party products. Partner with Data Science and "in-field research" teams to measure program effectiveness, capture actionable insights, and refine future channel strategies, inventory allocation, and product roadmaps
- Demo & Experience Optimization: Oversee the Demo Improvement Program, ensuring high functionality rates across all EL stores. Implement regular staff training and monthly performance audits to maximize customer engagement and sales conversion
- Training & Certification Programs: Implement an ongoing, certified learning program for EL retail sales staff. Shift the focus to prioritize product AI capabilities, ensuring a high percentage of staff complete certification each quarter to drive product authority
- Audit & Evaluation Systems: Establish a robust system to audit and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives deployed in EL channels. Implement a mystery shopping program in priority markets and develop KPI benchmarks for key growth levers such as labor, in-store visibility, and drive-to-store campaigns
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a central point of coordination, partnering with Meta cross-functional teams (including Sales Planning & Operations, Product Marketing, and Channel Enablement) to support the development and execution of key programs, ensuring transparency, accountability, and unified messaging
- 10+ years of experience in channel sales and enablement, retail operations, or a related field within the consumer electronics or eyewear industry
- Proven track record of operating at an individual contributor level, driving large-scale, cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives with significant business impact
- Deep expertise in developing and executing retail enablement strategies, including commercial propositions, demo programs, field training, and visual merchandising
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex sales, inventory, and operational data into actionable insights and strategic learning agendas
- Experience managing substantial investment budgets and evaluating program ROI through rigorous performance metrics and audits
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external partners at the executive level
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and leads complex partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Familiarity with Augmented Reality (AR) or smart wearables product categories
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Experience in developing and implementing mystery shopping or comprehensive retail audit programs
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience working directly with or within the optical/eyewear industry (e.g., EssilorLuxottica)

$190,000/year to $264,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
