Learning and Performance Partner, Global Operations Responsibilities:
- Partner with GO Learning and Knowledge Management Leads and SO teams to develop and maintain comprehensive Learning and Knowledge Management strategies for GRO and GO employees
- Conduct Performance Needs Analysis using the Six Boxes approach to provide data-driven recommendations to the business
- Perform Rapid Workflow Analysis (RWA) to design appropriate learning and performance support architectures
- Rapidly design, develop, and facilitate Minimum Viable Product (MVP) learning and performance support solutions
- Architect production workflow onboarding curriculums based on insights from PNA and RWA
- Lead large-scale projects, managing FTEs, Contractors (CWs), and Vendors involved in designing and developing learning and performance support content
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to discover and analyze learning content and data
- Design assessment blueprints and develop assessments to effectively measure the success of learning programs and performance support solutions
- Facilitate business critical learning and leadership interventions
- Adopt AI technologies to drive significant continuous improvements in efficiency and quality
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development within an operations organization
- Proven experience in Trust and Safety
- Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles, performance consulting, instructional design, and knowledge management
- Experience in designing and developing reusable content objects using AI
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and experience working effectively and influencing a broad range of stakeholders
- Performance Thinking Practitioner Certification
- Five Moments of Need Certification
- Facilitation Certification

$115,000/year to $168,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
