As an API Enablement Specialist with EFX you will be a part of a well-respected team of experts who are responsible for the pre-production support of customers and partners consuming our APIs. What you will do

• Support various customers and connector partners in API portal products

• Work with team members to troubleshoot API integration issues before and after launch

• Provide feedback to product managers to further enrich the efficacy of Equifax API Products & Services

• Support multiple integration projects at a time

• Communicate on a daily basis with customers as well as with internal stakeholders

• Be responsible for managing ongoing project tracking information

What experience you need

• In a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 2 years of experience in IT customer support as a QA, Software Developer, Business Analyst or similar skillset

• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, Oauth2, Postman/Bruno, and related tools/technologies

• English proficiency B2+
