As an API Enablement Specialist with EFX you will be a part of a well-respected team of experts who are responsible for the pre-production support of customers and partners consuming our APIs. Our purpose is to make the API Integration process as smooth as possible for all Equifax customers. If this is you, come join our team.

What you will do

  • Support various customers and connector partners in API portal products

  • Work with team members to troubleshoot API integration issues before and after launch

  • Provide feedback to product managers to further enrich the efficacy of Equifax API Products & Services

  • Support multiple integration projects at a time

  • Communicate on a daily basis with customers as well as with internal stakeholders

  • Be responsible for managing ongoing project tracking information

What experience you need

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT customer support as a QA, Software Developer, Business Analyst or similar skillset

  • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, Oauth2, Postman/Bruno, and related tools/technologies

  • Teamwork. Be able to work with a remote team alongside product managers, marketing, and developers.

  • Communication. Effectively communicate via email and directly with both internal and external customers.

  • Attention-to-Detail. Ability to review customer problems, against original designs and identify and document discrepancies.

  • Multi-tasking. Ability to manage multiple work-streams and simultaneous projects in support of a growing API portfolio.

  • You have consumer or commercial credit risk domain experience
