Job Summary
Become an integral part of creating an exceptional channel enablement experience by joining the Global Sales and Marketing Ops Channel Enablement organization as a Principal Channel Enablement Program Manager. In this strategic individual contributor role, you will design, facilitate, execute, and optimize global enablement programs that accelerate sales performance, partner readiness, and business growth across sales teams, channel partners, distributors, and system integrators.
You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Business Units, and R&D teams to build and deliver scalable learning experiences, drive product and solution readiness, and leverage modern learning technologies, including AI-powered enablement tools, to improve effectiveness and adoption.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Define and execute the global enablement strategy and multi-year roadmap for sales teams, channel partners, distributors, and system integrators.
Lead large-scale enablement programs from conception through execution, measurement, and continuous improvement, aligned to organizational objectives, go-to-market strategies, product launches, and revenue goals.
Design, develop, and deliver impactful learning programs, including instructor-led training, virtual learning sessions, bootcamps, webinars, certifications, and sales readiness programs that improve product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and solution-selling capabilities.
Develop enablement frameworks that empower partners, distributors, and system integrators to effectively position, sell, and support company solutions across regions.
Own and optimize enablement ecosystems using platforms such as Showpad, SharePoint, Seismic, and related learning technologies, including centralized repositories for learning content, sales tools, playbooks, templates, competitive intelligence, and best practices.
Establish metrics, dashboards, and key performance indicators to evaluate enablement effectiveness, learner outcomes, content engagement, sales performance, and business impact.
Serve as a trusted advisor to Product Management, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Engineering, and regional leaders, influencing stakeholders across functions and geographies to drive alignment, change management, and adoption.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, technical sales enablement, channel enablement, learning and development, or a related function.
Experience leading complex, global enablement programs and strategic initiatives.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies, revenue enablement practices, and partner ecosystems.
Knowledge of National Instruments platforms, including DAQ, PXI, and software solutions.
Experience with enablement technologies such as Showpad, Seismic, SharePoint, and learning management systems.
Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence leaders and collaborate across matrixed organizations.
Ability to travel 25–35% of the time to international destinations.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Experience leveraging AI and emerging learning technologies to improve learner engagement and enablement outcomes.
Certification in program management, instructional design, sales enablement, or learning technologies.
Experience supporting global sales and channel organizations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Experience creating scalable learning paths that support onboarding, role-based development, and ongoing skill advancement.
