Position Overview

Support the Maestro Center of Excellence by defining planning solutions, enabling seamless integration between Kinaxis Maestro and SAP systems, and empowering the users to effectively utilize the platform. This role provides business and technical expertise, configuration support, and user enablement skillset to ensure successful adoption of Maestro supply planning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with GSC stakeholders to define user requirements and support technical design, build, and testing of comprehensive supply planning solutions aligned to GSC planning processes
  • Define integration requirements between Kinaxis Maestro, S/4HANA, and other related systems to enable end-to-end supply planning processes.
  • Map master data elements (materials, BOMs, suppliers, plants) and transactional flows (demand signals, supply constraints, inventory positions, order fulfillment) between systems, and troubleshoot integration issues in coordination with SAP administrators and technical teams
  • Build new and update existing planning models to best fit current planning assumptions and improve planning results
  • Configure calculations, alerts, and dashboards to support within Maestro Develop training materials, conduct user training sessions, and create comprehensive documentation for Maestro configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for system issues and enable planning teams through best practice guidance and troubleshooting
  • Support cross-functional process improvement initiatives by identifying system optimization opportunities

Required Qualifications

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Maestro Solution Consultant certification - preferred
  • Maestro Administrator Level 1 certification - preferred

Experience

  • 10+ years supply chain management experience in manufacturing and planning processes such as master scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory optimization
  • 3+ years hands-on Kinaxis Maestro configuration and implementation experience
  • 5+ years proven SAP SCM experience including system implementation

Technical Skills

  • Expert proficiency in Kinaxis Maestro platform
  • Strong SAP S4 functional knowledge
  • Knowledge of planning methodologies
  • Data analysis proficiency

Professional Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Project management capabilities with multiple priorities
  • Fluent English

Location: Mexico (100% Remote)

Travel: 30 %

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

$127,500 - $204,600

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
