This position is offered through a 12‑month fixed-term contract via a staffing agency.

In this role, you will join the HR team at our manufacturing site and support Learning, Development & Inclusion activities, partnering closely with the Director – L&D, Talent Management and Inclusion. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth onboarding journey, coordinating training initiatives, and contributing to a culture of inclusion across the site.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
  • Coordinate induction activities, including room bookings, preparation of materials and logistical support.
  • Contribute to the scheduling, tracking, and reporting of training initiatives, including those supported by interprofessional funds (e.g., Fondimpresa).
  • Manage documentation related to training and induction programs, including participant registration and attendance monitoring.
  • Collaborate in the design and continuous improvement of HR development and learning programs.
  • Lead engagement initiatives such as “Coffee on the Stage,” creating meaningful opportunities for interns to connect, learn and share.
  • Propose and support inclusion‑related projects at site level, using benchmarking and insights to drive impactful initiatives.
  • Partner with external training providers to ensure smooth delivery and coordination of learning activities.
  • Work closely with the HR team and Site Services to deliver a structured and consistent onboarding experience.

Requirements

  • Degree in humanities, economics, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR or experience in event organization, back‑office coordination, or basic communication roles.
  • Good command of English (B2 level).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and orientation toward internal customer support.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
