Senior Associate/Manager, Learning & Development

The Associate Learning and Development in the manufacturing group is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance the skills and competencies of employees within the manufacturing division. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify training needs, developing training materials, and ensuring that all training programs align with the company's goals and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Needs assessment: Participates in the process of analysing training needs, collaborating in the development of training plans that ensure compliance with cGMP, applicable regulatory standards and/or corporate directives.
- Training design: Identifies and proposes the most appropriate methodology for the resulting training and supports the sustainability of this training process over time.
- Training development: Manages, writes and/or revises, as needed, training materials (Standard Operating Procedures, Courses and Qualification Protocols).
- Compliance: Ensure that all training programs comply with industry regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of training activities and certifications.
- Evaluation: Supports the process of evaluating the effectiveness of training; investigates and manages Change Control/Deviation tasks related to the impact on the training process.
- Client Management: Understand functions, monitor team satisfaction, align training plans with business goals, influence effective training delivery.
- Curriculum Architecture and Assignment: Identify target audiences, partner for effective implementation, ensure data accuracy in the LMS, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
- Project Management: PM activities for initiatives related to the training and management processes of Manufacturing documentation.
- Audit support: Provides support during inspections for compliance, training and documentation activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, production managers, and other stakeholders to align training programs with organizational goals. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the manufacturing group.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development. Incorporate innovative training methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
- Education: Relevant bachelor´s degree (engineering, quality, or a related field). cGMP and Quality assurance knowledge.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in e-learning platforms and training software.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Pharma / Healthcare experience or interest.
- Position Location: Alzey, Germany
- On-site presence (maximum 4 days a month on home office).
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- Very good MS Office skills.
