Our Human Capital practice is at the forefront of transforming the nature of work and learning. As converging forces reshape industries—from AI-driven automation to the rapid evolution of skills—our Learning Business Process as a Service (LBPaaS) offering provides enterprises with an outcome-driven, end-to-end learning operations model that goes far beyond traditional outsourcing.

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Manager to lead the growth and expansion of our Learning Business Process as a Service practice within Deloitte Consulting's Human Capital offering. In this role, you will be instrumental in scaling Deloitte's learning managed services capabilities for large enterprise clients—operating as a strategic partner, not an order-taker. Unlike traditional Learning BPOs that measure value in FTEs and task completions, you will architect and deliver outcome-driven managed learning operations powered by AI, a global ecosystem of technology and delivery partners, and Deloitte's proprietary accelerators.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience from a comparable major consulting firm or a leading dedicated Learning BPO provider and is energized by the opportunity to build and scale a high-growth business unit within a premier global consultancy.

Recruiting for this role ends on 07/24/2026.

Work you'll do

As a Package, Program & Solution Management professional on the Learning Business Process as a Service team, you will be responsible for:

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Deloitte’s Learning Business Process as a Service offering, including market positioning, competitive analysis, and offering differentiation
  • Lead business development activities for large-scale managed services opportunities, including prospect development, sales strategy, pricing models, proposals, and executive presentations
  • Oversee the transition and delivery of enterprise learning operations engagements, including learning administration, content development, reporting, vendor management, and service performance management
  • Integrate AI, automation, and learning technologies into managed services delivery to improve efficiency, quality, and business outcomes
  • Lead global delivery teams and manage stakeholder relationships across client organizations, alliance partners, and Deloitte teams

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
  • Ability to lead projects or workstreams
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others

The team

Our Insights, Innovation & Operate offering within Deloitte Human Capital is dedicated to reimagining how organizations design, run, and continuously improve their people operations. We combine deep functional expertise in HR and learning with leading technology capabilities and managed services delivery to help clients achieve sustained workforce effectiveness and measurable business value.

Our Learning Business Process as a Service team sits at the core of this offering—delivering end-to-end managed learning operations across enterprise L&D, customer education, and partner enablement. Leveraging Deloitte's global delivery footprint and a curated ecosystem of technology and delivery partners, our team redefines what a learning outsourcing partnership can achieve. We measure value in learner impact and business outcomes—not hours delivered.
