The AI Enablement Lead helps drive the development of high impact and measurable AI mission gains through managing and refining the AI workflow process.
Work you'll do
As an AI Enablement Lead on the AI & Data team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the intake, prioritization, and refinement of artificial intelligence use cases and workflow activities aligned to client mission objectives
- Managing cross-functional delivery activities across data, engineering, and artificial intelligence workstreams to support measurable outcomes
- Translating client requirements into delivery plans, dependencies, and execution priorities for artificial intelligence-enabled solutions
- Monitoring workflow performance, delivery milestones, and implementation risks to improve speed, quality, and adoption
- Supporting the development and operation of data and artificial intelligence platforms, products, insights, and services across the project lifecycle

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Active TS and SCI eligible
- 8+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, data, analytics, or technology delivery roles
- 5+ years of experience leading workflow management, product delivery, or implementation activities for technology solutions
- 3+ years of experience with Databricks, cloud data platforms, or data engineering tools
- Experience translating business or mission requirements into implementation plans, priorities, and measurable deliverables
- Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting government or public sector clients
- Experience with artificial intelligence platform operations, governance, or use case enablement
- Experience with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and stakeholder groups
- Databricks or cloud platform certification
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $137,500 to $229,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
