Summary:
We are seeking a sales-driven professional to act as a dedicated expert and advocate for Qualcomm products within our organization. This role focuses on developing deep product knowledge, enabling internal sales teams, and driving overall growth of Qualcomm-related business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong expertise in Qualcomm products, solutions, and value propositions
- Act as the internal “go-to” specialist and advocate for all Qualcomm offerings
- Support and collaborate closely with sales teams to drive product awareness and revenue growth
- Deliver training sessions and enablement programs to improve team knowledge and sales effectiveness
- Translate technical product features into clear business value for both internal teams and customers
- Identify opportunities to expand Qualcomm product adoption across accounts
- Provide ongoing feedback from the field to improve positioning and sales strategie
Key Requirements:
- Are bilingual or proficient in English
- Strong product knowledge or ability to quickly build deep technical understanding
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to train, influence, and support sales teams
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in inside sales, sales enablement, or product specialist roles
- Background in technology, semiconductors, or related industries
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
Conditions:
- Monday to Friday 9:00 – 18:00
- Contract hours: 39h/per week
- Full time job with Spanish contract
- 100% office-based during the initial 2-month trial period. Upon successful completion, the role transitions to a hybrid model (70% office / 30% remote).
Salary Structure:
- Base salary: 28.500 EUR gross year
- Variable Bonus: 6.500 EUR gross year, bonus based on KPI’s and targets
