Responsibilities

  • Partner with Patient Operations leadership to create and provide effective, efficient, and relevant learning content used to educate cross functional global partners.
  • Responsible for developing eLearnings, documents, materials library, OJTs, and curriculum as assigned
  • Lead and own multiple actions for projects, as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor?s Degree in Life Science, Education, or related field preferred
  • Required minimum 3-5 years of learning and development experience.
  • Expertise in adult learning principles
  • Experience building content and leading training sessions in a variety of locations, and with remote virtual learning environments.
  • Proficient computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SmartSheet.
  • Proficient in training software such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia
  • Prefer minimum 1 year of experience in a regulated environment.
  • Experience with Quality Document Management Systems and Learning management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and Teams.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: specifically: InDesign. Preferred: Adobe photoshop.

This posting is for a contract assignment with ASK Staffing DBA ASK Consulting to provide services to Bristol Myer-Squibb.

The starting hourly compensation for this assignment is the following range ($55-$57.04/hr). While the final, individual compensation and any available benefits will be determined by your employer of record ASK Staffing, Inc (and not BMS), factors that will be included in making the final determination may include the characteristics of the assignment, such as demonstrated experience, required skill, and the geographic location where the job is performed. The starting hourly compensation may be subject to change.
