Position Summary
Therapeutic Area Specialist（TAS）のサイエンティフィック・アジリティ、セールススキル、ビジネス感覚を高め、適切な学習コンテンツとアウトプットトレーニングの提供を通じて成果と成長に良い影響を与えることが目的です。
データ分析に基づいた学習コンテンツの作成だけでなく、TASの能力構築のためのインプット・アウトプットトレーニングの実施、新製品発売の成功や既存製品ビジネスの拡大をリードする責任があります。
顧客ニーズやチームの課題・機会を理解し、Commercialization Learning Japan Learning Leadのチームビジョン達成や戦略計画の実行を支援します。
グローバルのラーニングチームと連携し、コンテンツ作成やトレーニング実施も行います。

Responsibilities
BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. Key Responsibilities
l 新製品上市の発売準備
- 新製品の発売準備のために、主要な関係者と協力しながら、学習カリキュラムを最短期間で計画・実施します。
- 日本の独自の状況に合ったテキストなどの学習コンテンツを作成し、デジタルソリューション を最大限に活用しつつ、CoE（Center of the Excellence）チームとも協業します。
- テキストの内容についてポイントを整理して講義します。
- マーケティングチームと協力して、『プロダクトキャンプ』などを含むアウトプットトレーニングを計画・実施します。
- トレーニングスケジュールを管理し、すべての計画された学習カリキュラムが承認日までに完了するようします。
- TASの知識とスキルを最速で向上させるための最良の学習方法を常に検討し、内部および外部の視点を含みながらステータス分析を行い、デジタルソリューションを最大限に活用しながら創意工夫をもって取り組みます。
- TASが直面している現在の問題に対する解決策となる社内インプット/アウトプットトレーニングを計画し実施します。
- 学習内容が医療、規制、法的規則やガイドライン、著作権法、ビジネス手順に沿っていることを確認して実施します。
- 社規や業界規則に従って、学習資料や文書を適切に管理します。
- CEMを社内インプット/アウトプットトレーニングに組み入れ、TASの営業スキルや顧客エンゲージメントを強化します。
- データ分析によるステータスチェック、FLMからの聞き取り、フィールドライド等で課題や成長機会を特定し、研修を作成します。
- 迅速に営業活動が可能になるために製品研修を計画し、実施します。
- 学習内容やトレーニングプランを常に更新します。
- マーケティングリード、プロダクトマネージャー、メディカルリードなどの主要なステークホルダーと積極的に関わり、ブランド戦略、メッセージング、製品知識を理解し、それらを社内インプット・アウトプットトレーニングに反映させます。
- RSD、FLM、RML、TASと継続的に連携し、研修効果を評価し、CEM評価基準に基づきTASの開発ニーズを特定します。
- 必要に応じてマトリックスパートナーやベンダーと連携し、学習コンテンツの作成と提供をコーディネートします。
- WWCL/APACのメンバーとベストプラクティスを共有し、グローバルとの効果統一性の向上に貢献します。
