What We Are Looking For
The WW Medical Learning team is currently looking for a talented individual who possesses the skills needed to ensure both the immediate and long-term success of WW Commercialisation Learning (WW CL). The Sr. Manager, WW/International Markets Medical Learning - Oncology (Myeloid & Lymphoma) is responsible for supporting the strategic planning, development, execution, and continuous optimization of scientific training programs for medical colleagues with field facing responsibilities across international markets under the strategic guidance of the Associate Director for Myeloid and Lymphoma. This role ensures that medical teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to support BMS's oncology portfolio, with a specific focus on myeloid and lymphoma indications, under the strategic oversight of the Associate Director for Myeloid and Lymphoma.

Who You Will Work With
This position reports to the Director, WW/International Markets Medical Learning with a dotted line to the Associated Director, WW/International Markets Medical Learning, Myeloid and Lymphoma. The primary remit of the Sr. Manager, WW/International Markets Medical Learning, Myeloid and Lymphoma is to support the training needs of the WW/International Markets field facing medical teams covering Myeloid and Lymphoma under the strategic oversight of the Associated Director, WW/International Markets Medical Learning, Myeloid and Lymphoma with an eye towards collaborating with WW Medical Learning and WW Commercialisation Learning teams to share, co-create, and leverage existing content, where applicable. The incumbent will spend a majority of time collaborating with Global Medical Affairs, International Markets Medical Enablement, WW Commercialization Learning Center of Excellence, Medical Excellence, US Medical Learning, and International Markets FM and HOM stakeholders to construct and execute training plans aligned with WW medical matrix teams under the strategic direction of the Associated Director, WW/International Markets Medical Learning, Myeloid and Lymphoma.
This position is office based (Uxbridge, PPK). Ability to travel (up to ~15% based on requirements).
Primary Responsibilities
Planning & Execution
- Support the development and implementation of annual global training plans aligned with GlobalMedical Affairs` strategic imperatives for Myeloid and Lymphoma under the strategic guidance of the Associate Director, Myeloid and Lymphoma.
- Support launch readiness training for new indications and data releases, ensuring timely and compliant dissemination of scientific content under the strategic direction of the Associate Director, Myeloid and Lymphoma.
- Support the coordination of tiered training for clinical trials in myeloid and lymphoma, ensuring alignment with FM capabilities and market needs under the oversight of the Associate Director, Myeloid and Lymphoma.
- Partner with Global Medical Affairs, International Markets Medical Enablement, and US Medical Learning to co-create and adapt training content.
- Collaborate with the Associate Director, WW/ International Markets for Myeloid and Lymphoma to ensure therapeutic area-specific priorities are embedded in all learning initiatives.
- Align with US Medical Learning and R&D to ensure synergistic and non-duplicative training efforts under the strategic supervision of the Associate Director, Myeloid and Lymphoma.
- Design and deliver live and virtual training sessions using adult learning principles under the guidance of the Associate Director, Myeloid and Lymphoma.
- Manage scientific onboarding programs and continuous learning curricula for medical colleagues with field facing responsibilities across the globe in collaboration with the MSDP team under the strategic guidance of the Associate Director, Myeloid and Lymphoma.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback loops, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Maintain training archives and documentation in compliance with BMS SOPs.
- Support knowledge retention strategies (e.g., Q-stream, post-congress updates) in collaboration with the Associate Director, Myeloid and Lymphoma.
Qualifications And Experience
- Science based degree; Advanced degree (APN/NP, PA, MS, MD, PharmD, PhD, etc.) preferred.
- 5-7 years in pharmaceutical/biotech/ relevant industry experience as a field MSL or similar field-based and/or office-based position (inclusive of fellowship experience) with a proven track record of success with 1+ years in hematology (myeloid/lymphoma preferred).
- Experience in medical training, scientific communication, adult learning principles and cross-functional partnership management preferred
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience and strong skills in public presentation
- Ability to travel (up to ~15% based on requirements)
