Sr. Coordinator - Learning & Development
Blue Yonder
Scope:
- SharePoint Administration: Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, content, and permissions for learning teams, ensuring accurate access control and compliance.
- Virtual Environment Support: Provision, configure, and maintain virtual machine environments for training, guaranteeing secure and stable platforms for hands-on learning on Cognitive, Azure and On-Prem. Regular communication to participants in key flagship programs. Update the lists and provide reports as and when needed
- ServiceNow Request Management: Handle and resolve learning-related ServiceNow requests promptly to minimize downtime and maintain SLA adherence.
- Analytics & Reporting: Support basic AI, analytics, and reporting needs to deliver actionable insights that enhance program effectiveness and learner engagement.
- LinkedIn Learning: Helps maintain repurpose licenses for all associates in Blue Yonder. Regular updates on key insights, participate in regular calls with LinkedIn and help provide quarterly business updates to Leadership
- Technical Enablement: Provide timely technical support to trainers and learners, ensuring smooth operations and an optimal learning experience.
- The role also requires basic exposure to AI concepts, prompt engineering, and Agentic AI, with a mindset to explore and apply these in learning operations.
What You’ll Do:
Platform & Content Management:
- Update the content of all SharePoint Pages for all Learning Business.
- Understand Blue Yonder's Platform and help associates in troubleshooting
Learning Infrastructure Support:
- Provision, configure, and manage virtual machines required for training programs.
- Ensure VM environments are updated, stable, and meet training requirements.
- Monitor performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
ServiceNow Request Handling:
- Manage and resolve learning-related ServiceNow tickets efficiently.
- Handle access requests, course creation/setup help, and general learning system queries.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely ticket closure.
AI, Analytics & Reporting:
- Support basic AI and analytics tasks for learning programs (dashboards, insights, data extraction).
- Assist in generating performance reports, usage analytics, and operational updates.
- Leverage available tools to automate or simplify repetitive learning operations. Knowledge on Creating Agents and Chatbots
Stakeholder Support:
- Collaborate with SME’s, HR, and IT teams to ensure seamless learning support.
- Participate in discussions to understand needs and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders through updates and issue resolutions.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify improvement opportunities in systems, processes, and user experience.
- Collect feedback from team members and learners to enhance operations.
- Support documentation of SOPs, best practices, and troubleshooting guides.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3 - 7 years of experience working with SharePoint, IAAS Platform, IT operations, or learning technology support
- Hands-on experience with virtual machines (Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
- Experience handling ServiceNow requests, preferably related to L&D or system access
- Understanding of AI concepts and analytics tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in working in Global environment and supporting associates in global time zones
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Exposure to automation tools or scripting
- Experience creating dashboards or reports
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
