Position Overview

As a Senior Program Manager in Go-to-Market Transformation and Programs at Autodesk, you will lead small-to-medium GTM programs end-to-end, or significant workstreams within larger transformation and growth programs. You will translate program objectives into integrated plans, operating rhythms, and clear execution paths that help teams deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to clarify scope, manage dependencies, surface tradeoffs, and facilitate timely decisions. You will bring structure to ambiguous work, maintain momentum across teams, and ensure risks, decisions, and next steps are visible and actionable. You bring strong program management discipline, sound judgment, and collaborative influence to your work. You are comfortable operating with limited direction on how to execute, while aligning plans and recommendations to GTM priorities and stakeholder objectives.

Location: This position is hybrid/remote and reports to the Senior Manager of GTM PMO.

Responsibilities

  • Lead small-to-medium GTM transformation and growth programs, or defined workstreams within larger programs, from planning through execution, launch readiness, and stabilization

  • Develop and own integrated program plans with clear milestones, deliverables, dependencies, owners, and measurable outcomes aligned to GTM priorities

  • Design and manage program governance, operating cadence, and stakeholder forums that create visibility, accountability, and forward momentum within the program scope

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, Technology, and Data stakeholders to align plans, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers within scope

  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment by understanding stakeholder goals, constraints, and incentives, and by connecting the right people to move work forward

  • Frame decisions clearly with options, tradeoffs, implications, and recommended next steps to enable timely decisions at the appropriate level

  • Identify and diagnose risks, dependencies, scope tradeoffs, and root causes; propose practical mitigation options and escalate thoughtfully when needed

  • Create clear, executive-ready program updates, dashboards, and summaries that communicate progress, risks, outcomes, and decisions needed

  • Design change, enablement, readiness, and adoption plans within programs by identifying impacted audiences, sequencing dependencies, and partnering with enablement and change teams

  • Ensure launch-to-run readiness by defining ownership, support needs, hyper care plans, and post-launch stabilization activities

  • Apply PMO standards, tools, templates, and best practices consistently while contributing feedback and improvements based on program learnings

  • Lead workstreams or small teams through ambiguity, model strong program behaviors, and provide peer guidance, feedback, and coaching when appropriate

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years managing cross-functional programs, workstreams, or GTM initiatives with measurable business outcomes

  • Experience designing and executing integrated program plans, managing dependencies, and driving delivery across multiple stakeholders or functions

  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, organize complex work, manage scope tradeoffs, and convert objectives into clear plans and next steps

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, Product, Technology, or related GTM teams to align program objectives and execution plans

  • Experience facilitating decisions, documenting options and tradeoffs, and preparing clear materials for senior stakeholders

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize inputs from multiple viewpoints into clear recommendations and program narratives

  • Experience using PMO tools, program trackers, dashboards, and shared documentation to maintain a trusted source of truth

  • Working knowledge of GTM data, systems, and reporting concepts, with the ability to use data to support program decisions and status reporting

  • PMP, Change Management, Agile, or related certifications preferred; practical application of program management methods is valued over strict methodology adherence

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
