Position Overview
Autodesk is reimagining how we enable our global sales, customer success, and partner teams to drive customer value. The Senior Manager, Enablement Platforms, will lead a team of platform administrators responsible for the management, strategy, governance, and delivery of our sales enablement platforms and tools, including, but not limited to, Mindtickle.
In this role, you will help shape the vision, set the design standards, and drive the execution of modern enablement and productivity platforms. You will partner closely with stakeholders across IT, Go to Market Enablement (GTME), Program Management, Marketing, and regional teams to ensure our enablement platforms are deployed in a way that resonates with diverse audiences and accelerates business impact.
Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and grow a team of platform administrators and UX designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Provide coaching, guidance, and career development opportunities to ensure team members thrive
Platform Design
Set the deployment strategy and standards for GTME’s enablement platforms, ensuring consistency, scalability, and creativity across all platforms to maximize user experience and revenue impact
Support governance, user support, and platform training for a diverse population of content creators
Champion learner-centric platform features to support storytelling principles, ensuring platform experiences are engaging, relevant, and aligns with Autodesk’s brand, tone, and GTM priorities
Support platform and data integration with our CRM and other sales productivity tools
Partner with enablement program owners, program, industry experts, and regional leaders to translate business needs into compelling digital experiences and productivity solutions
Partner with platform vendors to ensure successful deployment of feature releases
Internally champion emerging technologies and modalities (AI simulations, video, social/peer learning, experiential design) to keep enablement fresh and impactful
Develop and support gamified user experience
Define success metrics for platform effectiveness, analyze user engagement data, and apply insights to continuously optimize experiences
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in enablement platform strategy and AI-supported feature deployment, with at least 3+ years in a people leadership role and 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory capacity working with Mindtickle
Proven track record of leading platform design and execution to deliver large-scale, global enablement programs
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across global, cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience management enablement platform deployment during a transformation
Familiarity with digital adoption, gamification, or immersive enablement technologies
Demonstrated ability to balance creativity with operational excellence in a fast-paced environment
