Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Growth Marketing Manager, GTM Strategy to join our Emerging Business team within our Portfolio Marketing department. In this role, you will focus on go-to-market (GTM) planning in close collaboration with our sales, product, and data analytics teams. Your main responsibilities will revolve around GTM forecasting and reporting, specifically concerning OKRs and KPIs for marketing. Reporting to the Head of Global Growth, you will play a critical role in our quarterly business reviews (QBRs), quarterly business plans (QBPs), and reporting, while bridging the gap between growth marketing, business development (BD), inside sales representatives (IDRs), and sales.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement go-to-market and growth strategies in collaboration with sales, product, and data analytics teams
Perform detailed data forecasting to inform and measure global OKRs, POR (Plan of Record) and KPIs for marketing initiatives
Lead and support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and quarterly business plans (QBPs) providing insightful analysis and recommendations
Produce comprehensive reporting and analysis aimed at improving marketing effectiveness and driving business growth
Foster strong relationships and provide strategic insights to bridge growth marketing efforts with business development, ISRs, and sales teams
Analyze marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and pinpoint areas for enhancement
Help develop reports and dashboards to create and maintain comprehensive reports to monitor KPIs and marketing metrics
Optimize marketing strategies by conducting A/B testing and other experiments to refine approaches and boost conversion rates
Uncover insights through advanced analytics to identify trends and drive strategic growth initiatives
Present clear and actionable insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
At least 5 years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong background in GTM planning, analytics, and data forecasting
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with sales and data teams
Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, BI tools) and marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
Analytical mindset with strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the tech or software industry (B2B SaaS preferred)
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
