  • Drive product impact through improved self-service, automation, and intelligent experiences

  • Partner on building intuitive, scalable digital support journeys blending self-service, AI/ML-driven assistance, learning & community, and human support escalation

  • Translate customer insights and business requirements into clear product strategy, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Oversee delivery of roadmap commitments in partnership with Engineering, UX, and Project Management

  • Establish and monitor success metrics (e.g., NPS, retention, time-to-resolution, deflection, churn reduction)

  • Implement and manage sales enablement tools and processes to improve sales productivity and effectiveness

  • Lead implementation projects, manage project workstreams, and co-lead product launches

  • Partner with Go-To-Market teams (Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing) to align strategies

  • Delivery, capacity, and release planning with Engineering and Operations teams

  • Work closely with AI/ML and data science teams for predictive insights

  • Act as the voice of the customer and a thought leader on digital support, retention, and sales enablement within Autodesk

  • Lead through uncertainty, anticipate and mitigate risks, and manage stakeholders

  • Ensure understanding and strategic partnership through regular interlocks, 1:1s, and stakeholder management

  • Influence strategic vendor relationships and roadmaps

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in sales, customer success, or sales enablement

  • Deep experience in product discovery, defining product strategy, and delivering high-value products

  • Proven track record of defining and launching customer-facing digital experiences at scale

  • Strong strategic and analytical skills using data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and drive decision-making

  • Experience with AI/ML, personalization, digital self-service, and sales enablement tools

  • Deep domain expertise in enterprise Sales, including best practices for Account and Opportunity Management and Sales Enablement

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify and persuasively convey information to various audiences

  • Exceptional planning, facilitation, dependency management, risk management, and analysis skills
