- Spearhead the implementation of digital HR solutions and tools to streamline HR operations, improve data-driven decision making, and enhance employee engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for digital transformation and automation, ensuring HR processes are aligned with the company's overall digital strategy
- Lead the change management initiatives necessary to drive adoption of new HR technologies and foster a culture of digital literacy among employees
- Analyse HR data and metrics to generate actionable insights that inform workforce planning, talent management, and strategic HR decision-making
- Develop and oversee the execution of HR policies, procedures, and programmes that support the company's digital transformation objectives
- Provide strategic guidance and coaching to HR team members to build their digital capabilities and expertise
- Continuously explore and implement innovative HR technologies and best practices to enhance the company's competitive advantage
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a strong background in digital transformation and HR technology implementation
- Proven track record of leading successful digital initiatives that have improved HR service delivery, employee experience, and organisational performance
- Excellent understanding of the latest HR technology trends, tools, and best practices, and the ability to assess and implement solutions that align with business needs
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, reporting, and leveraging HR analytics to drive strategic decision-making
- Strong change management and communication skills to effectively lead and engage stakeholders throughout the digital transformation process
- Collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications in HR or digital transformation are highly desirable
