As a Recruiter you will manage the full life cycle recruiting process across various regions and businesses. Partnering with hiring managers you will
implement creative recruiting strategies for assessing and selecting top talent. People are our most valuable asset and you will ensure that we hire the
best!
As a Recruiter II (GTM), you will be responsible for:
- Managing full life-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing and offer negotiation
- Partnering with Sales leaders and Hiring Managers to understand business goals, role requirements across sales and engineering functions
- Having regular market interactions with sales professionals to build pipelines beyond traditional recruitment portals.
- Advising hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices
- Driving sourcing efforts through direct connections and referrals to minimize reliance on external hiring portals
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have relevant sales recruiting experience in Cloud or Security
- Have relevant experience developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies to build pipelines for sales roles using various channels.
- Have end user experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Be knowledgeable about the market and hiring trends, ideally in the technology sector
- Be passionate about partnering and providing world class customer service to stakeholders across Akamai's business units
