You'll guide global enablement programs that simplify partner experiences and strengthen long-term collaboration.

Partner with the best

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and evolving Akamai's programs for MSSPs and GSIs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution. You will lead initiatives that enhance program scalability, partner engagement, partner enablement, and operational efficiency.

As a Senior Technical Enablement Architect, you will:

• Designing role-based onboarding and certification paths tailored to partner types and function
• Managing key enablement platforms including PRM, Demo Center, and Test Accounts
• Building scalable journeys that reduce ramp time and increase partner independence
• Collaborating with marketing, sales, product and services teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Measuring enablement effectiveness and using insights to improve partner adoption.
• Championing a partner-first mindset across all enablement touch points and programs

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have 7+ years in partner enablement, channel programs, or technical marketing and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Understand partner business models such as VARs, Distributors, SIs, Services Partners (Security and Cloud Compute) and MSSPs
• Demonstrate practical expertise with PRM, LMS, or platforms designed for credentialing and skill validation.
• Show exceptional project management and decision-making abilities in dynamic and high-energy environments.
• Leverage data effectively to inform enablement decisions and demonstrate measurable business outcomes.
• Communicate effectively across global teams, building influence and alignment.
