The GTM Data Governance Manager will be responsible for owning the Master Data Management (MDM) roadmap and operating model for account, contact, and organization hierarchy domains. This role involves defining golden record rules, setting data governance standards, and collaborating with various teams to ensure data quality and integrity across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the MDM roadmap and operating model.
• Define golden record rules: matching, merging, survivorship, and hierarchies.
• Set data governance standards and quality SLAs in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Manage onboarding of new data sources and lifecycle events.
• Design and monitor data quality rules and dashboards.
• Drive remediation efforts and report data health to leadership.
• Specify integration patterns and collaborate with Data Engineering.
• Act as the data owner for compliance with data privacy regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data management or governance.
• 2+ years leading MDM or data quality programs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce data models.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
• Ability to translate business needs into data requirements.
• Experience delivering cross-functional programs.
