Key Responsibilities

• Design and create self-led e-learning modules and on-demand micro-learning assets.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline script writing, visual asset generation, and assessments.
• Document processes and update resources within Confluence.
• Build structured project proposals and training deployment plans.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both online and in-person.
• Conduct learning needs assessments and gap analyses.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related fields.
• Proficient in creating eLearning content using tools like Articulate Rise.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of LMS administration and multimedia editing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
