JumpCloud® is seeking a talented individual for the role of GTM AI Operations in India. This remote position focuses on designing, building, and operationalizing outbound systems that enhance pipeline generation efficiency and seller productivity. You will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing Operations and be a key player in integrating AI into GTM workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI outbound workflows for account sourcing and engagement.
• Build repeatable workflows that integrate with Salesforce, Marketo, and other tools.
• Reduce manual tasks through automation to improve outbound quality.
• Support the evolution of outbound programs via AI targeting and workflow orchestration.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on GTM workflows for measurable impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with GTM systems like Salesforce and Marketo.
• Strong understanding of outbound operations and data management.
• Experience applying AI and automation to GTM processes.
• Proficiency with APIs and automation platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
