This position requires expertise in Workday, payroll operations, and HRIS, as you will support global HR technology and operations while partnering with various stakeholders to ensure effective HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Workday subject matter expert and manage HRIS operations.
• Support payroll processes and ensure compliance across different geographies.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and HR analytics using Workday and Excel.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams to resolve data-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in HRIS, Workday, Payroll, or HR Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM and global payroll operations.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HR technology and process improvement.
